The platform enables compliance with all NARA Universal Electronic Records Management (UERM), DoDM 8180.01 guidelines, and DoD 5015.2 classified records handling.\n\nData is stored in an encrypted content and data storage system for retention per the agency's policies for which it is being collected. APIs enable the retrieval of this data for future use. Access to all data is restricted to authorized personnel of each agency. Additionally, data can be exported through a user interface that necessitates authentication through an identity management system approved by each agency. Data is safeguarded by allowing IP addresses and firewalls to be listed at the network level, ensuring it is not accessible to individuals outside the agency's scope.
