What we collect when you get started
- Contact details: your name, company, work email and, if you give it, phone number.
- FedRAMP details, if you give them: your FedRAMP ID, where you are with FedRAMP and on which track, the plan and trust center address you'd like, and any message.
- Where your visit came from: a campaign tag in the link, or the site that sent you.
Each step of the form is saved when you send it, so we can follow up even if you stop partway. Until you press Continue, what you type stays in your browser as a draft, and sending clears it.
How we use it
To contact you about trustbox, to look up your public FedRAMP Marketplace record and to prepare for our call. We don't add you to a marketing list, and we don't sell or rent your details.
Who else handles it
Service providers that host this site and deliver our email process your details on our behalf, only to provide those services. They also process IP addresses to deliver and protect the site; we use them to limit how often the form can be sent and don't store them with your details. We'll share details if the law requires it.
Analytics
We measure visits with privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics: page views, the referring site and page speed. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How long we keep it
While we're in touch about trustbox. Ask and we'll delete your details.
Your choices
