Optifi measures the WiFi experience of the devices an organization already manages and explains what is wrong when it is poor. A small agent on Windows, macOS, Linux, Android, ChromeOS and iOS devices, and optional fixed sensors, measure the wireless link, the local network, DNS, the internet path and chosen applications. The Optifi cloud service compares those measurements across devices, access points and sites, finds problems, names the likely cause (the device, the access point, the channel, the local network, DNS, the internet or an application) and checks whether a fix worked.
