Mindful by Medallia allows a person to receive a callback at a later time and connect them with an available agency representative. Agency experience - Agencies will use Mindful Callback as part of their contact center experience when engaging externally with citizens or internally between organization groups. Federal Data - A phone number (at a minimum) is needed to complete a callback. Optionally, an agency can send us a contact center ID number with each callback.
